Dr. Dandoy will propose an increase of 6% to the salaries of the classified staff for the 2025-2026 school year. Classified staff will also be eligible to receive a .25% increase to the employer matching 403(b) program, equaling 1.75% of salary.
Administrative salaries will vary, but will average no more than a 6% increase inclusive of all administrative contracts.
